Last night
I
watch da clouds
assassinate
the moon dance
I
heard a cry in da sky
startled moonbeams
fleeting from da handz
executioner
clash,striking hard
in that moment of
perplexity
heavens eyez well
to weep
as da wind lament
sweep da land
I heard it
last night​

Even though last night's stormy sky put a shadow in front of the golden moon beams, their light will return upon you. I envisioned how this must have transpired as I read each line poet. Much enjoyed.
