    Hey Ladies,

If you were unable to bare children. Would you allow another woman to be a surrogate?

    Would you be a surrogate?

    1. Yes, I think I would, if it can be my OWN child she carries for me.--- If, for medical reasons, I can't safely carry a child to full-term, I think the desire to have my OWN child would out-weigh missing out on the physical bonding during pregnancy.

And, I do know some Sisters who have done so.

I wouldn't want to have another woman carry a baby that wasn't mine. I'd rather adopt.

    2. LAWD, NO! (lol)

For those who have, GOD BLESS 'EM! (lol)

I don't think I could have a woman bare my own child for me...She might end up wanting to keep it or something...

Well, I do believe there have been court cases about that.

But, you know, with US, it would be ON and wouldn't ever make it COURT, anyway. (lol)

Would I be a surrogate? Nope.

I'd allow another woman to be my surrogate. Legal issues? Meh, that's what lawyers and 'legal documents' are for.... *shrug*

Probably not. I'd probably just adopt.

And I don't think I can go through a whole pregnancy just to give the baby away.

Yes, I would let someone carry a child for me, since it might not be possible for me to have one as I am possibly going through early menopause. I haven't had a cycle in about four years, you see. So the question about whether I would be a surrogate is moot.
