Kobe - 39 for 83, 10 assists, 11 turnovers.. in 4 games.. he needs to pass the
ball.. trust his teammates.. Bynum said it after game 2.. they had trust issues..
I think he was talking about Kobe.. 10 assists total over 4 games.. 83 shots..
83 possessions and he could only manage 10 assists.. that's just selfish basketball..
and it's not like his teammates field goal percentage was abnormally low.. they
shot pretty well, when they got the ball.. but they didn't get the ball enough..
Kobe didn't take advantage of the all the defensive attention he gets
by passing the ball to the open man instead of taking it as a personal challenge
to make the shot.. He inherited the house that Shaq built and they did well
for a while but his personality issues ultimately cost his team the chance to be
    their best..

His team was weak at the Point Guard spot for the entire season.. he was
supposed to adjust his game and be more of a distributor.. but he didn't..
he labeled himself "the closer" instead.. Mr. BigShot.. Kobe could average
10 or 12 assists per game if he wanted to.. he could build up his teammates
if he wanted too.. but he would have to risk seeing some other Laker in the
spotlight.. and I think that is beyond Kobe's character.

Lakers washed up now they gonna fade more and more

Dallas a very good team but when they meet up with some young legs
and better passing team it's going to be good

I agree Kobe hog the ball too much and lack trust in his team-mates

you remember what Phil said about Kobe after the 2nd or 3rd ring?.. he said
something to the effect of.. I don't understand a player that is still unhappy
after winning it all.. He was talking about Kobe being unhappy with the
success of the Lakers even though they were the top team in the league.. The
problem was Shaq was the star and Kobe was jealous.. that's the whole
reason Shaq had to leave the Lakers.. Shaq should have retired a Laker.. and
he would have if Kobe didn't give the Laker's an ultimatum: Him or Me..
Kobe needed his own team.. but I think he should have had more respect for
Shaq.. He should have just demanded a trade.. he stil would have been
successful.. Shaq went on and took his 3rd straight team to the NBA finals..
I want to see what Kobe does without Phil.. He'll probably lead the league in
scoring next season.. but if he doesn't learn to trust his teammates, they will
not make it far in the playoffs.. he doesn't have the explosiveness he once
had.. he can't do it all by himself..
