**Yo, whats good family. This is written as an ode to one of my best friends. I don't think that we as black men know how to have productive and profound relationships with other black men. I look at the type of bond my grandfather had with his patna's and it was something to write about; something that stuck with me and made me want something like that as well. This is a poem celebrating the relationship me and my boi Jason has.

The stroke of midnight,
The realization that it was meant to be...
You and Me.
How many have swam in this sea?
How many have made it?
Is it still possible in this time and age?
So many questions.
I remember so much from the first days of
a new-born friendship.
In those crucial days of growth, we grew.
You moved thru me in so many ways,
met me on so many higher levels.
No matter the distance between our two states;
you always managed to be near me when
I turned around.
When my mind was filled with images of your attractive face,
you mystically appeared and embraced me in brotherly affection.
Three months ago you entered my world and became my
sugary confection;
Oooh when you came into my world, you stole the show,
and babyboy its been my pleasure to watch you grow.
Thinking of us often places me in the arms of tears,
for the last three months, you have succeeded in calming my
tensions and wiping away my fears.
It may be unusual in society for two brothas to express love and
have a close relationship,
But we live above stigma's and stereotypes; we were always Non-conformists and individuals, living and loving in God's law and
always too hip.
Man,
Words cannot describe how deeply I love you,
How much I appreciate you,
How in many ways you define me and together us forms we.
God blessed our union, our relationship, our contingency.
I deeply love you and thank you for everything, my brother, prayer-partner,
best friend, confidante and Kindred Soul;
Babyboi, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"BruhMan"....Thank you for not being scuurrred to show compassion for a fellow BlackMan. I felt this one, as I am an emotional Brotha who has no problem letting my Bruh's know how much I love them...maybe that's what we need in order to remove the dark cloud of genoicide from our hearts and communities.....I am not Jason...but Bruh.."II love for this one here man........

Ubuntu....Ubuntu my fellow Lion................
