A computer small enough to fit inside the palm of a hand sits in the corner of an office, its lights blinking. It looks like a toy to most, but the small ARM-based machine is running the latest version of Backtrack, and is breaking into the corporate network.

Such a feat was not supported out of the box prior to this evening's release of Kali, the sixth installment of the uber-powerful and super-secure penetration testing platform.

The authors hailing from Offensive Security together with security professionals at Rapid7, who offered free assistance in the rebuild, announced Kali at BlackHat Europe.

This is something great to play around with if you own a small ARM device like a raspberry pi or an ODROID device. It'd also be at home with this running in a virtual machine and a practice target set up (a server with old versions of software running, **** Vulnerable Linux, Metasploitable, etc).
