    Just Cry

She cant do it, its just too hard

"please give me strength" she prays to god

she hasnt done it since god knows when

not for herself, or anyone she had no time to mend

but tonight she realizes that time cant erase

    she gives in

    she breaks down

and lets 17 years of pain stream down her face

It can be just that way, years of tears that can't be held back any more. Definitely feeling the pain here.

What a way with words...i enjoyed the calmness of the poem, even in the distress that the woman in the poem obviously felt. 17 years of pain...

    Keep the flow going

Sometimes tears work better in theory than they do in reality.
17 years of welled up tears is too much for anyone to carry!

    I LOVED this piece.

Crying is so good for the weighed down soul. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful piece.

    Peace and Love
