This woman was dumb enough to admit that she decided her verdict based on evidence that was supposed to be stuck from the record. Based on exposure to prejudicial material, at the very least, this juror should have been dismissed from duty. At the very most this should have been declared a mistrial as well as declared grounds for a new trial...

    A) ‘JUROR B37′ SHEDS LIGHT ON NOT GUILTY VERDICT IN ZIMMERMAN MURDER TRIAL
The juror said Sanford Police Detective Chris Serino made a big impression on her, because he would have been accustomed to dealing with murders and similar cases. "He would have known how to spot a liar, and yet he testified that he believed Zimmerman", the juror said.

    B) JUDGE STRIKES LEAD ZIMMERMAN INVESTIGATOR'S COMMENT FROM RECORD
SANFORD, Flas. -Judge Debra S. Nelson on Tuesday ruled that the opinion-based testimony from the lead police investigator in the death of Trayvon Martin should be stricken from court records. Ultimately, Nelson sided with the state, telling the jury, "That was an improper comment as to truth of veracity of another witness. You are asked to disregard question and answer."

This "bulb" doesn't seem to be all that bright now does she?

i have said this many times…..the case was decided when they sat the jury.
so if the prosecutors permitted this jury did they really want to win?

True. Gerrymandering makes it VERY hard to vote most republicans out.

I've been questioning that throughout the entire trial. They did quite a few things that made me question who's side they were really on.
