Jena
hmmm
small town where blacks are still
second class
not treated as citizens
but as a joke
white supremacy reigns
but for how long
they never thought they would get
nationwide coverage
white america
appears vunerable
all this time
they try to say
racism is dead
yet
it never dies
it just masquerades itself
impersonates
an angel of light
yet full of darkness and disgust
yeah
Jena
is their coming out party
now they are the spotlight
and Brother Bell is the main attraction
they trying to sweep him into the system
for standing against racial taunts
while whitey gets a tap on the butt
for innocent stunts
nooses...
hmmm
when did they get to be so innocent
symbolic
of death to our kind
klansmen
rejoice
for old school
but
this clock will not be rewound
they should have killed us while they had the chance
we are not going back
we having too much trouble trying to move forward
Jena
court trial a mockery
you've already made up your minds
guilty and don't care about proving innocence
but I declare this
that come what may
Black Light Justice
shall be done
cause
Louisiana thought Katrina did some damage
Jena may as well prepare for battle
we aint taking this lying down
serving notice on Jena
days are numbered
armageddon coming
are you really sure
you want to try us?
