    Peace and Blessings Family,

I came across this series of videos on lboogiez's YouTube Channel, and was so very impressed, i had to watch each one! Talk about Reality TV! Talk about drama, daring, and courage on the big screen! Oh My Gosh! This was some "on the edge of your seat" stuff! I was so worried for this Brother! I could almost feel the wrath of these police men, against him!

This Brother demonstrated a lot of courage, and honesty. He mentioned that he was not employed full time, doing a little here and there, but he has demonstrated the kind of integrity that every employer should want him ... but he's unemployed. A Brother's plight, and not ashamed of it (speaking on it) ... 'cause he knows it aint his doin ... yet he remains in his children / family's life, policing their surroundings ... even from the police ... please ... i am impressed!

This Brother is actually risking his life. In real life ... oh my gosh ... be careful Brother, but know that I, and I'm sure many others, are quite impressed with your courage to stand so tall. Doing this makes the police demand all yo' ish ... lol ... name, rank, serial number, all of that ... and bet not none of yo' stuff be dirty in any kinda way ... please ... oh my gosh ... talk about real life drama!

I'm sure doing this takes a toll on one's being, on the front line and everything, possibly filming your own demise ... but gosh ... i don't want you to stop ... ...

Great Work! Thanks for Sharing! :toast:

But back to my question Family, and everyone ... is it illegal for a Black Man to videotape the police ... 'cause they was shole on him!

    Looking forward to the discussion.

    Much Love and Peace.

Man Facing 16 Years for Videotaping the Police. A Full Fledged Police State Looms Larger

Posted on August 5, 2010 by Davey D

Police are pushing hard to make it a crime to videotape them. They are making the case that even though they are public servants filming them without permission should be off limits. This is not good at all. We been talking about this for weeks, how police departments all over the country, have been making moves to get laws passed making it a felony to videotape them. They have been citing wiretapping laws and parts of the Patriot Act.

So it's okay to film people getting arrested for amusement on "Cops"? Yet when you reverse it it's bad?

    This isn't a free country.

Atlanta, GA- Police won't harass, arrest citizens who videotape them in public.

Faced with complaints from a citizen watchdog group, Atlanta police will stop interfering with people who videotape officers performing their duties in public, an agreement reached with the city Thursday says.

The settlement, which also calls for the city to pay $40,000 in damages, requires city council approval....

...As part of Thursday's settlement, reached before a civil rights lawsuit was filed, the city will pay Kautz and Copwatch of East Atlanta $40,000 in damages. APD will also adopt an operating procedure that prohibits officers from interfering with citizens who are taping police activity, provided individuals recording the activity do not physically interfere with what the officers are doing. The policy is to be adopted within 30 days after the Atlanta city council approves the settlement, and training is to be carried out during police roll calls....

I am glad for this in Atlanta...

The only thing that stopped me from getting shot in the back "for a traffic ticket " which they had mixed up to say "armed and dangerous" ...

Was a person across the street standing and watching... if it wasnt for that; the cop would have put a bullet dead center of my back bone while I lay on the ground face down...

The funny thing was that ; the "armed and dangerous" part was fake...

I would have been shot for sport... sound familiar ... lol eheeheheh...
