Either dark skin or light skin. Like a person has a preference, but they do not detract or belittle other colors and do not exclude them, they just favor a certain color. Would it be colorism?

Yes. Not that there is anything wrong with a preference that is not based on a bias.

Your parent is a particular hue. We tend to date people like our parents. That's ok.

But if you date a particular hue because you think all else is inferior or flawed, then you are the problem

Sir, what is your response to my question? Is having a skin color preference colorism based on what I said?
