There are many opportunities for improving one’s life. Will a “victim” take advantage of those opportunities, or will teaching them that they are a victim teach them to be angry and hurt others? Shouldn’t young blacks be taught to succeed? Please read the following information/quotes from Healthy Thinking:

"CONFRONTING THE VICTIM MENTALITY"

"A victim mentality is one where it is always someone else's fault for bad things happening to you. Further than this, it can be an expectation that things will go wrong, because `bad things always happen to me'. A victim blames others for their circumstances - when something happens, they don't take responsibility for their actions."
(You will have to go to the website HealthyThinking. /victim for the whole article. It's great!!)

If you really want a wake up call, go to YouTube and watch the 8/2/17 video "Man brutally beaten for asking teens to stop smoking" Let's not create anymore angry disrespectful teens.

Both are necessary. They reason we have a BLM movement today is because many parents didn't teach their children this country's history and the way we were victimized. They must also teach how we overcame obstacles

the reason we have a BLM movement is because white police killed black people with impunity.....
