What do you know, a former DEA agent and former agent at the U.S DOJ Drug Enforcement that had oversight of task forces that were charge with the duties of investigating large scale drug trafficking organizations.

So now a former police officer for 5 years and DEA agent for 10 years (15 years if we are counting), is set to make some investment into the legal drug market while piggy backing off of a "I Shot the Sheriff" Ras Tafarian?

Wonder how many arrests he made for possession of the substance his "Team" is now set to support?

Irony has a way of silently saying what doesn't have to be said.

That's not even considering the amount of money involved in counterfeited Marley merchandise, too. In 2011, Billboard magazine ran a cover story called "The Business of Bob Marley" which theorized that the unlicensed usage of Marley's likeness had generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue over the years. Aligning Marley's official likeness with an international marijuana brand would not only make obvious cultural sense, but could also help reign in some of that lost money. As Chief Executive of Privateer Holdings Brendan Kennedy told The Guardian, "Partnering with us is a way of protecting his image."

Basically, they can sue (or lock up) anyone that uses Marley's image to sell marijuana?

    Seriously?

I guess the former DEA agents would know about snatching up "illegally attained" money.

Just have to keep putting these "business men" up, as it looks quite similar to how C. Delores Tucker and a whole movement were blasting "Rap" and Tupac but not the investors that controlled and manipulated the media.

How does one go from making a living locking up people distributing marijuana, to making a living distributing marijuana???
