It seems you made a list of who a black man is, so I wonder if you are
holding me racially hostage, am I held in captivity to your contradictions?
as I listen to you say I ain’t black enough, “Black enough you say” because
my hair is not in dirty twist, my pants that don’t sag to my knees, better
yet off my AS---- ask me no questions and I’ll tell you know lie. So
I am at the top of your list of you wondering who am I. So as I write my
own list of questions on the reasons why you ask.

    1. Does diversity exist
    2. If so then don’t hold me a victim of your color folk definition
    3. Don’t lock me up inside your ghetto box tucked neatly on your shelve were know one can reach or read it.
    4. Don’t saturate me with your golf ball mentality in hopes for a Tiger Woods look alike.

Who am I? a black man the same black man you tried to whip up, shackle down and sell, but yet still
I rise. Is it the fact that after all your attempt to kill us make us distinct from this world, some of us
manage to survive and still shine, “Yeah” shine with your spot light, sports TV. the news, theater even
your precious golf. Why don’t you just tear that list of yours up because soon you will find that
we will no longer be the weaker link, missing in action, escape from the planet of the apes.
“So you say you have a question”? “go ahead I am listening”, “Oh where will we progress next”
“Glad you asked” everywhere we can! Still want to know who I am?
