I've been praying for a vision
to console me in the night
so many times I flirted with
    unholy imaginings
    mystical philosophies

if only I could be spirited
    away
    to him
    to see
    how life is
    treating him
    without "we"

    Sunsets are now a thing
    most unkind ~ I hover
    'out of body'
    I live out of mind...

    Missing his touch ~
    knowing it had to be
    I lay awake
    and cry
    for me

    the words...

I've been praying for a vision
to console me in the night
    .
    .
    .
    I lay awake
    and cry
    for me

    and a vision came
not in the form of dancing mists
    or shadowy figures
    but
    a thing of beauty,
    vomitted forth
    from the bowels of hearts,
    it's description, whole
    but only a part
did i see in the night
    when night fell upon me
    i fell fast asleep
    contentment and
    PEACE
    did follow after thee
    for the vision was me.

    SLEEP, MY CHILD
    AND CRY NO MORE
    FOR PEACE IS AMONG YOU
    AND HAPPINESS FOLLOWS.

    praying

for you as others have for me.
Sometimes I feel like a big cry baby b/c I cry so much. Afterwards I feel a sense of freedom as if weights had been lifted off of my shoulders.
