In the face of adversity one things does come to
    mind.
That today becomes yesterday , and in 24 hours
    comes tommorrow.
The reality is there is 24 hours between todays sorrow.
That even drought stricken desserts and summers
    without ...
will be blessed with rain , again.
Through heartache and tribulations we are taking
    tabulations and calculations.
Would have, should have , could have done something
    different
But it went the way it was meant.

In the face of adversity do you wear a grimace or a smile
are you prepared for disappointment and do you go the
extra mile? My road is rough and sometimes ragged filled
with twist and turns that seem to never end.
But around that next corner is the warm sunshine of a friend.
Up the hill and down again into the valley of despair...
Be of good courage for even God can be found there.
What next, how long, how far, when lord when?
I ask myself these questions over and over again.

In the face of adversity, grandaughter with cancer at five
years old, Jesus gave her remission when Satan tried to
steal her soul. I watched her grow angry and tired, she
never gives up the fight. I look into her innocent eyes and
    I see to my delight!
    Hope..."the substance of things unseen"!
And wonder what would have been.
    If last Memorial day ,
I had not listened when she
complained "Granma I am too tired to play!"
Intuition, or God's voice speaking to me
    directing me in urgency...
And one year later, though not much greater
my baby is still with me!

In the face of adversity when all around me is the voice
of doubt, I hear an ole southern Gospel saying " He will
surely bring you out!" Trying to grow a business and keep
my creative juices fresh. Trying to do more when my resources
seem to be less. But in the face of adversity , I know
    I
    AM
    BLESSED!
