My eyes see you
truer than you see yourself
I know the worth
that you seem to question
I see you, covering up
concealing your beauty
birthmarks and moles
make you you
makes me want to
connect all those dots on your body
and get a full view
woman, you and beautiful
should be considered one
magazines filled with illusions
like ponds in the desert
thirst never to be satisfied
because Maxim lied
when those pages say
she eats what she wants
and remains a size 0
fingers stuffed down the throat
is the story they ignored
but you....you are you
everyday and throughout
you're what a woman's about
shapely thighs and hips
widen my eyes
not ribs seen through skin
with a face that's sucked in
lettuce entree served
and hold the dressing
don't believe the hype
my eyes are locked on you
so pull down that sheet
and put that body in full view :luv:
