Hi I'm trying to find out information about African pre-christian beliefs from east and south and even west Africa. I find it so hard to find any information about our religious practices before we were slaves and uprooted and forced into foreign outside beliefs. What do Zulu's or Bantu People worship?

So far I can only find some information on Orisha's and Yoruba religion.

I want to know who I am and to go back to my roots.

Any advice and help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
