We are living in the middle of a Melting Pot.
That meaning at the border rid yourself of everything you got.
Then pass it down the line of mass production,
now it can be bought.
And you won't get no respect, No mention,
like Jazz, soon Hip Hop.
See, you ignorant of ALL my culture,
still you wear them braids...
I'm empowered, rhythm showered,
rise up where you lay.
What you got me for be only what you
dont have at birth...
Creator of the drum, my Father,
Mother heal the Earth.
And you KNOW you don't know Bob Marley.
Never heard before today of Marcus Garvey.
Yet you wrap your stringy head and alarm me,
what my people built you'll turn against me and harm me...

If God elect US, somehow effect US
Break into our mentality and correct US
Spirit erect US, if Earth reject US
Return our original nature
RESURRECT US......
