    "I taps my feet"
    "I taps my feet"
    were the words
    of my mother...
    i aint
    gonna lie...
    we all had a
    good time...
    when mama was
    on high...
    tappin her feet
    for you...
    gregory hines...
    and dont
    ask why...
    because i too... was on
    cloud 9...
    tappin my feet with
    the both of
    you...
    broadway was her dream
    too...
though, she faild at every attempt
tappin with you made her false illusions
    come true...

    "I taps my feet"
"Malik watch mama taps her feet"
    those were our only
    good times...
tappin our hatred of each other way
    tappin with
    gregory hines...

    R.I.P

lil quick keystyle i did dedicated to the memory of my mother and Gregory Hines. My mother was a tap dancer, and Gregory Hines was her idol.

    Bittersweet and beautiful!

I loved this so much I have to print it with your permission of course. My grandmother loved him also and she always talks about her days dancing in the Cotton Club in Chicago and she always talks about the beauty of tap and the way that the art form originated and how she was so glad to see our generation embrace it once again. Like Jazz she always said , just with your feet as the instruments. May God Bless you for bringing this to the board. May Mr. Hines and your mother tap with the angels.

    Blessings On Ya House!
