    15 black men shot and killed in so many years. 41 bullets in one unarmed man...today i feel like venting...
    -----------------------------------------------------------

    Feet swollen from draggin along the concrete society planned for me cuz my
    eyes are Hazel, back is swole and my chest is tattooed with symbols of ancestry and love.
    Why should I not wear precious metals, taken from the ravaged and raped soil
    of the land of Africa where some say I’m from just cuz my skin is dark and eyes
    are hazel and my back is strong but when I search to find the roots of my tree
    I see that it began on this side of the middle passage;

    I struggle to keep my jeans up cuz they hanging deep from the weight of so-called
    societal sacraments of filth and dismay displayed on cyber sexed over rated videos
    dripping with thongs and songs of buying the weight, cutting the weight, separating
    the weight, selling the weight, running with the weight, getting caught with the weight,
    receiving the weight, now serving the weight while kids hold the weight of a
    glock 9 instead of a super soaker;

    i watch as children as young as 9 flossing $175 jordans under their $200
    Sean Jean with a $600 gold Mickey dropped from their 30’ chain talking on
    his cell phone while his mom is sitting there talking to him like he's her
    boyfriend and not her child?

    Exaggerated? Maybe but when you see you will understand that we worship our
    children to the point of losing them for we fail to accept responsibility of
    growth and understand by replacing it with wealth and misunderstanding
    promoting in them that, “It’s all about the Benjamins” yet the Ben in them can’t
    tell the difference between right or wrong unless it’s encased in $20 bills….

    I cringe at the thought of children sporting $200 FUBU outfits over $300
    bullet proof vest just because they’re concerned that the ones who “serve and
    protect” are really “scared to profess” that they have been programmed to shoot
    first ask questions later when facing a man who was born with the terminal
    “fit the description” illness;
    (the only cure is change of color or change of conscious whichever is easier)

    Love your children is the key but must we continue to raise children whose focus
    is on wealth and not educating them on the reality of life; that the struggle for
    the easy dollar will require the sacrifice of freedom or life…so we sing songs
    of praise to the almighty dollar who everyday purchases freedom for those who
    acquire it…the “roll” models who have rolled the dice, rolled the ball,
    rolled the bags, rolled the time, rolled the dimes, rolled
    the money into rolls
    of pain, rolled by the police, rolled through the police, rolled on the streets
    by 41 rolled bullets in our system yet rolled by a system with bank rolls big
    enough to roll your life into obscurity taken from us then they rowed past the
    middle passage into the mid-level passage of slavery unspoken now covered
    by premeditated murder committed by proprietors of justice yet the in-justice is
    not in just us but in the system designed to create everyone equal yet
    still leaves us as only half a man.

    And evan now when I enter the great halls of justice between the metal
    detectors that ring “neg-ro” when I walk through not because I am strapped
    with a metal firearm but born with a weapon the MAN has yet figured out how to conquer…

    They realized genocide no longer worked so now they resort to homicide cause suicide is not canceptual in the mind of the strong black being…

    just felt like venting as i struggle to reach the end of my Timbs....

    DDDD MOE!!!!!!!

    This is WORD from tha FATHA!!!!!!

    No exaggeration, Brotha Preecha...You speak about MUCH in heah...my particular burden...WHAT WE DOING WITH THOSE THAT HE GAVE US? NO exaggeration. The children are RUNNIN THANGS ~ parents ARE AFRAID to apply the rod of correction to backsides for fear of kids callin C.hild P.rotective S.ervices ~ FOOLISHNESS REIGNS at home....PARENTS get numbed up in their despair NOT recognizing the awesome, sacred charges in THEIR CARE...so the kids decide if they go to school today...truancy is at an all-time high...along with staggering rise in illiteracy (don't believe all them stats from the Board of ED. ~ the people yet WALK IN DARKNESS and have NOT peeped the LIGHT)....the kids get 'JUMPED IN' & 'PUT IN WORK' to buy the groceries, pay bills...no fear of death, no regard for life...so hard, hearts waxed COLD, they lost theirs before puberty, so they even try to sell they mama's soul ....the kids are having sex in jr. high (or sooner)...kids are NOT knowing the meaning of "consequences"...don't have to..."Ray~Ray and my homies gotz my back ~ it's just a misdemeanor fa me, anyWAYZ"

    kids are living with the vision of no hope in sight...
    Where is love? Not in the heart...not in the home...

    no exaggeration. I've seen ALL of what you're speaking of.

    PREACH, TEACH, REACH!!!
