Try not to eat anything for about 6 hours before you intend to sleep..
Kosher Salt ( Sea Salt )... OR a nice Pot ( Some of the Old School Iron Pots add flavor to whatever is cooked within them )
Begin a work out regimen( Whatever you feel comfortable doing that will get your heart pumping is good ).. Stick to your personal regimen at least 4 times a week... Simply go for a walk on your off days...But, when you work out... Try to hit 30 minutes of whatever exercise plan your following and then a 15 min cardio session immediately after...
( It takes atleast 30 min for your heart to REALLY start pumping and then you have a period afterwards where you REALLY start burning your fat ) When you start this eventually try to get up to 45 minutes of your routine with the same 15 minutes afterwards... * Your growing from 45 min to a whole hour for a work out * .....
Try to stay off of Bread and anything with Yeast....
Lighten up on your starches.. ( Bread, WHITE rice, Potatoes etc )
No junk food
TONS of water.....
Good Nights Sleep....
and the time of the day that induces the most *fat burning* during a workout would be immediately after you wake up( within the hour or so )... Anything hot(liquids) Tea, *Coffee* or even Water will add to the results early in the morning...
