So I went to the doctor's the other day and got on the scale and I'm 159lbs...Okay so let's see.....minus the clothes, probably 154....5'6" I don't know what has gone on the past 2 years. I was 145lbs and I was good a couple years ago. My stomach is getting fatter ugh...And I'm super sluggish. My weight fluctuates a lot. I can go from a size 6 one week then jump straight to a size 9. I have tons of jeans that have ripped....And on top of that I think I'm salt intolerant. I need a good diet plan... I'm cutting out alcohol...And trying to go veggie...But it's difficult to cut out salt cause I like flava.
