The tears flow gently down my cheeks.
When I think of you dear Momma
It don't happening all the time
Just when I feel lonely and tried

You are no longer a phone call away
Or A short drive down the road
You the thoughts that touch my heart
    Because I miss you so

The tears flow gently down my cheeks
It drips from my chin to my breast
My heart becomes heavy with every beat
Because I..'m missing you all over again

    I look upon your picture
    I see your dazzling smile
I listen and I hear your whispers
In the winds that blows out side

I lay my wearily head back
    I close my tried eyes
I smell the scent of you enter the room
And this do brings a smile

Yet I can..'t adjust the tears
That flow so boldly, you see

At times I have to take a walk
Trying to free the void in me

    It is a hurt
    A very deep hurt
    That may adjust in time
It is only that I had so much

I wanted to share with you

It is only that I had so much
I wanted to give to you

    It
    Is
    Only
    That
    I Had
    So much
    I wanted to tell you

The tears flow gently down my cheeks
It drips from my chin to my breast
It soaks into the crease of my heart
And massage the grief, the stress

I know it will take some time
To adjust the flow of the tears
To adjust my heart, my mind my thoughts
Because you are no longer physical here

I reach into the spiritual plain
    I reach within my self
And that is where I find you
    Momma

    Yes
That is where I find you Momma
    Yes
That is where I find you Momma

In the locket of my heart

    I miss you Momma
    I love you Momma

And again the tears flow bold

Such a beautiful peace and tribute to your Mother and the love you have for her.

It never ends, our trying to reconnect, hear her, see her, smell her once again.

It's such a blessing to have a Mother like this, that you long for long after she's passed away.

I wrote a peace during one of the many times, that the tears flowed ... Oh Dear God.

    I Love You Sister!

Oh Bluewater, that was so touching, and it's clear that your heart penned those lines. I lost my mom years ago, the overwhelming pain does ease through the years, but we always want and miss our mother. This piece made me think of that special smile she had that was only for me. Sending you a big cyber hug Sister Blue.

    Hi Sister Destee
Thank you so much sis. I had to find my closure.
You was there with me through those last second.
I love you and appreciate your understanding, your
    kindness, your friendship,
You're my sister and I love you. Thank you Thank you Thank you

    Hi Sister PLATINUMILLITY1
Thank you so much for your love.
That is what I'm trying to do. And
I had to drop this piece, because my family
here at Destee help me in so many ways. And
I needed to keep trying. It's all about love
Once again thank you for your love

    Hi Sister watzinaname
Yeah sis, This was the last thing I really wrote from deep within.
My pen have been dry for so long. I was running away from reality.
So I had to die a little to understand that this is life, and the joy is
always in our memory the power of our Faith, and the depth of our pen.
Thank you sister for the love

    Hi Brother $$RICH$$
Thank you so much dear brother.
You are my brother, because you
seen me flip and trip, and like always
you were there to support me, Even
    when I didn't know I needed supporting,
but you was never far, and I thank you and I love you.

    Hi Sister Miss Lady
Thank you so much for taking the time
to read my poem sis. I was like all the other
poets releasing a part of me, that had a hard
to exhale. But now that I've drop this piece,
I found my peace. My favorite motto
"Release it in the flow" So I'm learning to
follow my own advice, and live.

Thank you so much family for sharing your
love with me, for your words of encouragement.
I've gain so many Sisters and Brothers here on
this forum, and I feel bless, because I am bless,
And my next step will be to flow on..

    Peace~N~Love

I am the Sun that shines on your face,
nurture you every single day with my grace.

If the tears must fall, please cry with a smile,
cause we had a beautiful time for awhile.

I will never leave you alone in this whirl
I'm always protecting my presious girl.

I kneal with you daughter, every night as you pray,
I hear each and every word that you say.

Yes, I say a prayer of my very own,
of how proudly you sit on your Queen-ly throne.
