I have to stay busy
Building my power
Keep my eyes open
Shed all doubt

Have you ever seen a spider build their web?
One of the most intricate patterns finished unfurl
Catching what’s needed to sustain its life
Simulate the similar in this world

Back and forth working on a master plan
Unlike any other insect, creature or man
Waiting patiently in one place
For things to happen in my life
Astounding grace
The traps are formed

All that is needed does come in
Entrapment looks like a moral sin
Mean no harm just taking notes
Notice survival take its course

Like a spider I build.
I’m ready to pounce
On captured opportunity opening once

My talents are limitless
Embedded deep in my mind
Can’t get to my knowledge
You want inside?
Say the word that brings me out
Wrap you up.
Take you into
My world

Do what you will.
To tear up my plans.
Break me down I can build
I have influence in this world

Look over my conquest
Should I take it to live?
Bound in my capture
My choice not his

Steering clear of evil in this world
Choosing only things that help me open out

I got a message just yesterday
That elevated me to new heights
I know my blessing my friends and foes
I choose to stay away from negative folks

Talking about I work to much
I should postpone my plans to grow
There is bad business in every turn
I live I love
I continuously learn
I bring out the positive as much as I can
Leaving the rest that doesn’t sustain my needs
That spider has taught me to live
