wait wait let's get the definitions straight...

peeps don't want peace they want silence
take away weapons of mass destruction there would still be violence...
look at what humans create out of math and science-
monsters we can't destroy- weapons have their own alliance

but you can swear l'm talking about Iraq
there are bigger enemies needing to be attacked

l didn't believe in war until poverty screamed at me one day...
saying "after the millions of them protest against war, will they come my way??"

l didn't believe in war until l looked in my father's eyes
and they read "Son l couldn't make it, but you can rise."

l didn't believe in war until one night she cried in my dreams
l saw single motherhood, sad reality and the cycle on team

l didn't believe in war until affirmative action was denounced by our president
thinking "he never denounced or confronted the populous entrance of black in-mates, just potential college room-mates."

l saw HIV threatening half of Africa,
the same cradle still being stripped and raped by european scavengers...

l hear the world screaming "no war no war"
how much peace does the homeless man have, sleeping outside of your door.

"We don't want war we want peace!!" protesters screamed!!
but l had no peace when all l heard was silence on the streets...

    let the war begin

sometimes silence has the loudest voice..the unseen, the unspoken, so therefore the forgotten.....how fickle the world we live in, can really be....

I love what you had to say here..

this is from a different perspective

however, from a nuclear perspective, war can cause catastrophe which is why Bush needs to sit down and Saddam needs to sit down as well. However, both of them are bullheaded, the poor and all those you mentioned above will be caught in the crossfire of Bush and Saddam. If we goto war with Iraq, then the poor won't have to worry about their next meal on Earth because they will be six feet under the ground and gone to glory. this is a cost-benefit situation. anytime, the cost outweighs the benefit of doing something then it's best to look at alternative ways to achieve your objective. What Bush and his administration are doing is senseless? As I mentioned in Kemetstry's forum, will there be any weapons of mass destruction left to disarm after our invasion if the nation of Iraq plans to use them against us?

Please  Bush is thirsty for Saddam's blood because when the other Bush was in office Saddam hired an assassinator to kill him. Yes, you have done quite well is presenting a poem on behalf of the king of spades. You have addressed issues that Bush clearly isn't even concerned with.

Yeah, let the war on behalf of Bush's own personal interests begin because he sure isn't thinking about the causes you spewed out above :D

    peace
