[epiphany]

I aM PoEtRy...

a succession of mentalities
transpiring my existence
overflowing with scribe
I vibe to the enviromental beat
blends of life's tapestry
awakens my third eye
to new explorations
it excites me to act
on blue skies
why birds fly
love hurts sometimes
I cry tears of society ills
jot down my complaints
yet it is only a micron
of circumstances cached

I aM PoEtRy....

living and loving
in this world called me
I see miracles
I change into lyrical
understanding
play harps in my heart
dance to romance
all while singing notes
that float in my senses
creating tidy rhapsodies
merging paper and pen
yes and I praise joy
I adore God's gift
he inspires me to print
releasing my soul's core
for all to experience​

verbs that induce
abstracts that attract
knowledge unbound
stories untold
places I've been
I marvel the sun's radiance
I listen to the trees whisper
I imagine the inevitable
I touch the spirit within
bringing forth my destiny
to be more than I am
an inkwell of hope
a messenger of faith
a vessel of love
