i ain't got no more holding on
    tears done blinded my eyes
    my thumbs been broke
i can't even see the limb
    for the wind
    or is that the tears
    in my eyes
    ghetto queen
    turned intellectual
    but look like i done
    lost all my
    whitebread learning
    and what i got left?
    nothing but desperation

    desperation though not
    always visible
    is always destructive
    especially to those
    destitute of definition
    and somewhere caught
    in the abyss between
    opposing worlds
    i lost my definition

i ain't got no more holding on
    my shoulders done broke
    my fingertips gone numb
    howling in the wind
    don't even make no echo
    ghetto queen
    trying to be big
big hair, big car, big clothes
    still stuck with my
    big belly
    by myself

i ain't got no more holding on

    Very nice. Flow.

Hold on to faith. Hold on to dreams. If they are all you have. You have more than enough. What if after a person gave up, and the next day was the best and everyday after that was full of true bliss. We don't no knows what tomorrow will bring.

It's so easy to lose sight. The ( day ) light always follows the dark ( night ).
