Black People : Human Lab Rats???

I wonder how this can happen to a child and has it ever happen to any Black children. Did the mother take some kind of drugs that were medically proscribed? Who knows.... but this is incredible, I don't see how any mother can look a a child that came from her looking like this and suffering like this.


I wonder is this some kind of experiment being conducted on people right in front of us yet we don't realize it, are these people being used as human Lab Rats? How soon before we start seeing black children with this condition. Has anyone already seen a black child like this?

The doctors, researchers, scientists. Should they not take tests to find out why this is happening to these babies and to help find a cure for those babies who are born with this illness?

Research is aways good and testing to find a solution would be fitting
with such rare cases like this with no cure ...yes they should hit the labs .
