How did you get up this mourning walk to
The mirror and look at the reflection and not feel in the least
Bit cold or like you were wrong
How could you destroy someone and
Not care how bad it hurt them
How
How can you sleep at night or look at someone you love if You cause so much pain
How you ask
I get up and think about all the things I've evr felt that caused pain
And I return the favor to the world

Some take their angst and try to spread it around like seeds, but the only thing that grows from that is more pain. Thought provoking piece, so nice to read you again poet.
