She has a sultry skin color, something like Georgia clay
Its like caramel sunshine mixed w/ a chardonnay
Her flesh tone is well cultured and evenly baked
Smooth to the touch and umm sugar sweet to the taste

her eyebrows are well groomed and compliment her chiseled face
they add mystery and a taste of surprise
She struts with class, confidence and an inviting grace
As if heaven were snuggled in between her soft thighs

She’s my at-the-crib-freak, but a lady in the streets
She holds it down like a grandma in training
She cooks soul food in an apron and some fire red pumps
with boy shorts…please believe my baby girl aint playing

She admires my insecurities and how imperfect
I’m working hard at being vulnerable ‘cause this love is worth it
She doesn’t run from my faults she’s proud I even put them out there
I don’t just give advice…I give her ministry and keep my woman covered in prayer

She’s in love with my dreams and my passion for cars
Now she asks if she can drive some day
She turned the music up loud…hit the gas and made it growl
As we skidded off in clean Chevrolet

She relates to soul music and sings the words out loud
She does her dance to the melody….now that’s what a groove’s ‘bout

Her daddy was deacon
Her mama was big boned
She’s the best spades partner
My baby is....homegrown
