This is an old video from the Hack in the Box Security Conference that covers a good deal about operational security. Most of the content is directed toward people who are considered "hacktivist", but a good deal of this information could be used by people who just want to know more about better privacy practices on the Internet -- especially if you're in a part of the world where there is lots of civil unrest and the Internet has become a tool for cracking down on citizens.
