    Hispanic Racism Goes Unreported

But another kind of racism has emerged, unreported by the mainstream media. I’m talking about Hispanic racism against African Americans.

As Latin American immigrants continue to flood the United States, both legally and illegally, discrimination against African Americans grows.

In 2011, a large Latino gang located in East Los Angeles was indicted for attempting to forcibly remove an African American neighborhood from the San Gabriel Valley. For 15 years, this gang led a campaign of attacks and fire bombings on African American families living in the town.

Unfortunately, incidents like this are all too common in Los Angeles and in other major U.S
    . cities.

Yes, I've been to L. A., and I won't deny the brown/black clashes, etc., but as even the film COLORS revealed, (though watered down for white mass consumption), so much was and is gang rival generated -- as well as linked to the drug trade ad naseum...

The myth is one thing: The fact is the once equally loathed 18th street groups also had or have black factions, whereas today's clashes are related to the so called MS 21 louses, preying on other nations from Mexico thruout Central America...

    I. e., these are unresolved cultural and social issues etc., which because of the bloodshed related is another case study of this nation's failed war on drug cartels etc.

Of course two so called minorities warring with each other ad naseum, also is more than a motivation for more rational and sane folk to speak up/stand up/etc.

Do things to halt this madness as well...

But not to digress (too much)...

And, yes: some of the mainstays etc. of other ethnic/racial/etc. backgrounds also do run doubletalk, and they do take it for granted we're always be there in support of them, whereas some of them always seem and sound to be too quick to side with white mainstream elected officials, etc. advancing their agendas, and not ours too...

But, just as the ole 'one drop' rule advanced more than a white racist myth, so now does the false my of 'hispanics',
both reflecting the growing fear is of whites being a new minority in the midst of people of color, in this nation, as well...

So, do let us not be a victim of yet another divide and conquer ploy, elder brother...

Nobody is right, all of the time, and at least I admit my bad judgement calls, too...

Not only is it odd, since as you urge us to unite against white racism and racists, you now bring up the alleged racism of another ethnic/racial/etc. group, then you also make the mistake of failing to objectively etc. reconsider what the agenda of the conservative white commentator might also be up to...

    I. e., the reality was and is some of everybody always finds it profits them to mimic our exploiters and oppressors, though others (some with shared ethnic/racial/etc. ancestry) have been and are also our allies/defenders/etc. too...

You simply fail to factor in that too...

As regards our colored neighbors to the south (over in Mexico):

Even the celebrated white actor who played him, as in Marlon Brando, would have admitted his props to the fella of African descent he played...

    Viva Zapata!

As I've said/wrote/etc. before, since there are over millions of other people in the Americas, they also have their own heroes/heroines/etc., their own battles to wage, to bring about true equality for them and theirs too...

Yes, some here do listen to their music, etc., but what can you also tell me about their cultures/societies/etc. ?

    Time will tell...

White Americans Draw Distinctions Between African-Americans and Blacks

In the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, a research team led by Emory University’s Erika Hall argues that “the racial label ‘black’ evokes a mental representation of a person with lower socioeconomic status than the racial label ‘African-American.’”

“The content embedded in the black stereotype is generally more negative, and less warm and competent, than that in the African-American stereotype,” the researchers write. “These different associations carry consequences for how whites perceive Americans of African descent who are labeled with either term.”

Racial divide in U.S. arrest rates is 'staggering,' study finds

As Ferguson, Mo., braces for the decision by a grand jury that is considering whether to indict a white police officer in the fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager — which sparked protests over alleged police bias — there is evidence the St. Louis suburb isn't alone when it comes to racial disparity.

According to USA Today — which compared arrests reported by local police departments to the FBI in 2011 and 2012 with data from the 2010 U.S. census — at least 1,581 police departments arrest black people at a higher rate than Ferguson, where blacks are arrested nearly three times more than people of other races. (The FBI does not track arrests of Hispanics.)

    No bet, bruh!

And another reason our beloved (Black) Last Poets claimed: 'The White Man Has a GOD COMPLEX!"

But never heard the role was vacant to begin with!

    LOL

    NAACP blasts speaker-elect's racial comments

RENO, Nev. (AP) — The Reno-Sparks NAACP called on Republicans in the Nevada Assembly on Thursday to reconsider their recent choice of Assemblyman Ira Hansen to serve as speaker in 2015, saying the Sparks conservative has demonstrated a long history of racial insensitivity and bigotry.

Hansen "has beaten the drum of intolerance for decades," Reno-Sparks NAACP President Jeffrey Blanck said in urging the election of a "less divisive" speaker.

Your level of outright denial is bad enough:

You believing yourself to be all knowing/all seeing/etc. is worse...

I'm just giving you the benefit of the doubt, (though others no longer post back at all), and all we can or should be are advisors/etc. as regards what more than those young posters over in Ferguson intend to do next...
