    I flowed from depths within
me that even I could not
    reach alone

She made me want to go
    there and beyond so I
    could experience some
of her but not too much

    I flowed lyrically so she
    would be so inclined to
    respond in kind; yet, she
    did not

I flowed gently so I could
    touch her with my ethereal
sense of self; still she did
    not or would not reply

    Why keep silent your flow?
    I asked of this Queen
    whose heart I imagined to
be as pure as any angel’s

She simply said in the sweetest
tone, with the softness her voice
    knows as truth…

My inner is no man’s outer
    I hope you understand…

    And in that very instance,
    I realized she was simply
    poetic…

This is a hauntingly beautiful and surreal poem you have constructed here. I really enjoyed the flow and the tone, and the rhythm of it. Smooth, man, very smooth.

    "And in that very instance,
    I realized she was simply
    poetic…"

Is my absolute favorite part. It captures the essence of the entire poem, and ends on a powerful note.
