I am researching this to compile a list of countries for me and a few others.
We are tired of all this non-sense that goes on and we want to build or re-build a economy.
I want to be where I can start a community too.

Find a place with good farm land, close to a city, and where you have a good understanding of the laws.

Live domestically, but earn money internationally.

The country is for living. Cities are for commerce. One shouldn't live where they do business ...

Of course, it matters not where you live if you are bound in debt like most .....
Get to $0 debt, cash on hand first ...

I would suggest that you look into Surinam South America. In 2009 there was a gold rush and where there's gold there's constuction. plus the indegenous people their really need a helping hand.
