As I sit here thinking of you
there is a pain in my chest
a pain that tells of the lonliness
of not having you here with me.
    heart racing
    blood vessels swelling
    aorta rupturing
    for my heart is breaking.
why has fate cheated us out of true love
and why has destiny refused to show us what's ahead?
    spasms & convulsions
    cardiac shutdown
what's the point in going on
realizing that I will never be thine
take a look at the flatline
    that broken heart is mine
when I think of this love never realized
when I think about love denied
I suffer more than just a nervous breakdown
my life has been disrupted by a heart meltdown.
