Obama's approval rating is the highest it's been in years. Why?

Last week, President Obama's approval rating hit 50 percent. That's a three-year high; the last time his approval rating was this strong was way back in May 2013.

The improvement is important, and not just for Obama's legacy. Presidential approval is one of the key indicators of the outcomes of presidential elections. When presidential approval rises, the chance of victory for the incumbent party goes up as well — so Obama's growing approval suggests that Democrats have a better chance to win in November ...

Let's be clear, your statement that black unemployment didn't change is oversimplified in view of the big picture, which takes into account, the 44 year period in which unemployment rates of the Bureau of Labor Statistics have been separated by demographics. This began in 1972.

During this period, Blacks have never had unemployment rates lower than Whites. The customary ratio for Blacks has always been double that of Whites, which is to say, 100% or higher. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' most recent report reflects (the unemployment rate for blacks (11.4 percent) was more than twice that for whites (5.3 percent).

Also according to the Bureau, "the largest difference was in February 1989, when the unemployment rate for blacks was almost three times that of whites -- 11.9 percent to 4.3 percent."

So, to point fingers at Mr. Obama without targeting the many corporate institutions and businesses that continue to function in systemic and institutional racism, is very disingenuous.

Several reasons lead to my questions:

One up to a point, europeanized latinos identitify as white...

    I. e., hence there are racists as well as racism in central and south america etc...

Who exactly among dissidents on or off the island has anybody suggested obama has been listening to???

    Lastly...

Is one of agreed upon concessions also about end assata shakur's exile in Cuba?

I ask these questions on the mutual respect level for you and my allies elsewhere in the americas etc,..
