Greetings everyone! I just recently cut my hair down low and I want to start over and grow some new braids/dreadlocks. Can anyone please give me some info about proper nutrition for Black People's hair? I know that the hair needs protein, but thats about all I know. What other essential nutrients,vitamins, and minerals does BLACK people's hair need to grow healthy and strong? Does anyone have any tips for speeding up the hair growth process AND increasing the amount of hair growing, including the length and thickness of it?
