Haroon K. Ullah is a famous Author, educator, scholar, diplomat, and researcher. He focuses on South Asia and the Middle East, often Pakistan and Afghanistan for conducting field research. Prior to serving at BBG, Haroon advised three secretaries of state, roamed with Ambassador Richard Holbrooke's Afghanistan/Pakistan team, and began the first-ever public diplomacy countering violent extremism office at American Embassy.
