    as nightfall fell away
    the reddish gray hue
    of the elements grew
    before dissipating
burning away the hazing and dew
    and left over garbage
    from yesterday

    a new day's dawn
    is singing softly its song
    as the light waves
    of the sun rays
    come out to say

    GOOD MORNING.

    i will watch its travel
across the baby blue velvet backdrop
    of a cloudless sky
    and i
will pay homage to HE who said
    LET THERE BE LIGHT
    for it was right
    for
we have eyes that we might see
and HE who commands my destiny
    gave sun and moon
    that this might be

    HAVE A BLESSED DAY.

    'moaning, Y'ALL...

    as redeployment and setbacks
    lay-offs and heart attacks
    loom over life's horizons
    WHEN IT'S DONE
    it's still a good day.

    HAPPY HAPPY.:)

    thanks for the read.
