God Never Said Life Would Be Easy
God never said life for anyone would be fair, nor a bed of roses (which have thorns). If we follow in Christ's footsteps, we will be hated, suffer ridicule and persecution, and possibly death. "It rains on the just and the unjust", and "God is no respecter of persons". All of what you speak of is happening because the Bible prophecy warned us that it would. There would be 'more intense natural disasters ...." Corruption in high places" "...'.the wicked would become more wicked"...Greed, power and money would be more important than anything else, including love, faith, hope, compassion etc, and on and on, before Jesus returns...it's coming to pass before our very eyes. Rest assured that 'as we see these things come to pass, know that the time is drawing near"...nearer for His return. We, as His followers, must strive to keep the 'light of truth' burning for those who are in spiritual darkness. Blessings.
