GIZA-ZIGA [Giz-Zig, in reverse]; the Ziggurat & Pyramids
    Linking History for African Americans.

The Giza Pyramids were built first for the pharaohs of the 4th Dynasty named Khufu, Chephren and Menkaure. The ziggurat spiral pyramid was built after the Great World Flood by, Nimrod, the founder of Greater Babylon. Based upon the timeline of the Bible, his great government broke down around the time when the father of AbraHam, Terah, was 70 years old. This would be between around 2060s B.C. on our secular timeline.

The ziggurat is defined as a temple and according to historians, it was dedicated to Nimrod and called 'the temple of Nimrud'. But after Nimrod was overthrown, the Canaanites and the Assyrians took dominance over Babylon and changed the name of the temple to be 'the temple of An'. It is the Biblical, Tower of Babel.

The design of this spiral temple marked a great time of technological wonders of which 'the circle' [the theme of the temple pyramid], became explored and used in several other inventions of the time by Nimrod and his relatives and descendants. He was not the first man to make use of the circle, however, he brought its use to heights never before seen or done on the earth. One interesting ancient site in Turkey today hints at the possible 'idea' in which inspired the construction of the ziggurat and opens the door to more ancient wonders. In the West Central part of Turkey (Anatolia) is the country of Cappadocia and photographs show an unusual area of this plain in which have natural, rock-like and tall spiral like 'tepes'. Scientist say, it perhaps came from a volcanic eruption from the mountains in the backdrop of the landscape. The bottom part of the structures are light colored and the top part is dark colored and tapers to a point. There are many of them and ancient people lived in them. Thousands of years later, they became used as churches. Due to the location of these natural tepes, it becomes a wonder that this could have been the very place that Noah and the seven others came to dwell in for the first year after they came out of the ark! The Khety people [the descendants of JapHeth] that came to dominate ancient Turkey took on a symbolism that reflects these 'fairy chimneys' as they are also written to be called. As a matter of observation, the god 'Apollo' and other ancient male idols were many times erected to have some kind of pointed 'cap' or crown 'Merlin crown' in which became connected to priesthood. Also, all the way over in Northwest Africa, there is a long history of African people, the Dogon tribe, that also parallel this past history of Cush Ham [Ur]. South of Egypt in the ancient civilization of Cush-Nubia too, there are rock carvings showing this same connection to the land of Turkey and the ziggurat in Mesopotamia [Ur-Babylon]. In African books, the spiral pyramids are sometimes called 'Tufa' or, ‘deffufa’ and this word links to the tepes in Cappadocia. So by the observation of architecture and applying it to history, timelines, inventions and etc., the contributions of mankind can be better understood.
