Ghanaian-American politician and former Los Angeles mayoral candidate Kwame “Osagyefo Dr” Appiah Boateng or “Kwame Mayor” dropped out of the California gubernatorial race last month in order to return to his home country. And while Appiah Boateng is looking to challenge Nana Akuffo Addo for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Flagbearership in the 2016 elections, he also has another goal to achieve: airlifting millions of African Americans, Afro Caribbeans and others in the diaspora back to Africa at the end of America’s Black History Month in 2015 in what he has dubbed “Operation Black Moses.”

African-Americans have the right to Vote, and run for Political Office, such as City Council, Mayor, and Governor, anywhere in Africa — (in the same way United States of America, the Leader of the Free World, allows Green-Card Holders to run for Public Office, except the President of United States”), said the Intellectual Giant.
