    Pencil is a cross-platform open-source 2D animation software. Its first aim is to
    make traditional animations (cel, cartoons, etc). It features bitmap and vector
    drawing tools, layers, cameras.

    Looks nice downloading it skuderjaymes.

    You know though the best way to learn animation is to do it with pencil and paper. Get some notepad and make a flip book. its fun.
