Sharing a bed blacks-out men's brain power! By ANI Thursday July 20, 04:48 PM London, July.20 (ANI): Sharing your bed may no longer be such a good thing for men a day before an important meeting or event, for a new study has found that the simple activity can reduce their brain power. The study, published in New Scientist magazine, was conducted by a boffins led by Professor Gerhard Kloesch at the University of Vienna who found that sleeping with someone disturbed a man's sleep patterns, and has an adverse effect on their mental agility. The study was conducted on eight unmarried, childless couples in their twenties who spent ten nights sleeping apart and ten together while having their rest patterns at night monitored through wrist monitors and sleep diaries followed by mental ability or 'cognitive' tests the next day. The problem doesn't seem to affect women in the same though, for while they too have a disturbed sleep when sharing a bed, their brain power remains undiminished as they tend to get better quality rest when they do finally do manage to get some sleep. "Lack of sleep led to increased stress hormone levels in men and reduced their ability to perform simple cognitive tests the next day," the Daily Mail quoted the authors, as stating in the New Scientist. The research also found that sharing a bed can have impact on dreams of people, and that while women tend to remember more of their dreams after sleeping alone, men on the other hand, remember most the dreams they have after sex. The rest here -------------------------------------------------------- This is for UNMARRIED men and I dont have to go into DETAIL what it MEANS. But if TRUE its not GOOD for the ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF MEN in the WORLD. That is LACK OF PREPARATION for LIFE's GREAT SPIRITUAL LEAP. It is said the SPIRIT QUICKENS the BODY. This looks to SLOW UP that PROCESS. ALL THINGS MUST COME TO PAST. Oh well.
