OOh Mugabe is a terrible man , OOhh Mugabe is this

Ohh Mugabe is that:drink:

the white media as well as many websites were spreading this hate campaign

However it was Imhotep Gary Byrd's ,"Globl Black Experience" radioshow on WBAI.
a continuation of the GBE from Inner City Broadcasting run by Percy Sutton

that presented the December 12th Movement
and their first hand view of Zimbabwe, from an investigative trip that proved to the black community, globaly that the crap spread about Mugabe was a bunch of mess!!!!

Now that the GBE has been relegated to a one hour Saturday spot, the real incitefull info for the Global Black community has been hampered and condenced

So we know that folks like Elombe Braith and Omawale Clay have much to say to support Gbabgbo

but the message is not available to the greater black community

I was under the impression from various sites that it was a 50 50 situation, but when questioning brothers from the other french speaking nations in the motherland,

they state that GBabgbo was demonized for, making demands on the former colonizer and making them carry their weight

and now , it has been said that ECOWAS has come to this understanding and that half are supporting the brother

Now the point is how do we as African people use the social networks to get the message about what is realy going on n the Motherland for the benefit and support of all of us of African descent across the planet, in lieu of the assasination of so many venues of pertinent and valuable correct info and news for the global black community

The Suttons children destroyed WLIB/AM and WWRL /AM

a station that made, available and familiar to the grassroots black community folks like;

Dr Wade Nobles
Dr Leonard Jeffries
Dr Ben Jochannan
Dr John Henrik Clarke
Dr Naim Akbar
Dr Marimba Ani
Dr Francis CressWelsing
Ra Un Nefer Amen
Queen Afua
Dr Lailla Afrika
Dr Barabar Justice
Dr Joy Degruy
Dr Jawanzaa Kunjufu
Dr Molefi Asante
Dr Jack Felder
Dr Khalid Muhammed
Attorney Alton Maddox
Attorney Michael Warren
Attorney Zulu Shabbaz
Attorney Chokwe Lumumba
Dr Claude Anderson
Dr Marimba Ani
Dr Charchee McIntyre
Dr Betty Dobson
professor Smalls
Professor Mackey
Ishakamusa Barashango
Minister Ishmael Muhammed
Father Laurence Lucas
Sister Viola Plummer
Omawale Clay
Abubadika Sonny Carson
Dr Amos Wilson
Elombe Brath
Joruba Ben Wahad

these important people to the Black community were regulars on the Gary Byrd Global Black Experience, Drive Time Dialogue, and Night Talk with Bob Law

each one of the above coming on at least 8 to 9 times per year for a period of 10 years

When Sutton gave the station to his kids after retiring they desroyed all of that

and it created a vacuum for real info for the black community

so now

with no leadership and no FCC media

what do we have left?

Ironicly what is now called Egypt will cause a tidal wave of using Dr kings methodology,
of non violent protest

and from what is going on in Egypt

The proponents of Global White Supremancy are looking at somethign they cannot control co-opt or assasinate:qqb002::SuN013:

There is no charismatic leader

there is no class seperation, in antion with no middle class the rich have united with the poor,
to oppose corruption

There is no one single group or organization

and honestly there is now no cell phone , or internet communications there

But they utilized those tools to get where they are now

They have a focus, where is ours?

How much money does it actualy cost to care about ones Brother and Sister?

Just care from the heart????

I read a lot of your threads Ankhur, and I hear what you are trying to say. To comment specifically on your post here, it could begin with a global African, pan African if you will home on the net. A forum of some sort. Sort of like Sudan net or Destee. You get the idea. Scholars and Laymen alike can be informed and invited to join and grow the community.

But, there are issues. Africa is a very large continent and even regionally there are conflicts. There are those of us in the diaspora scattered everywhere. And even within one nation, like the U.S. there is conflict or disunity. So any place, any home for us to come together on the www, would have to allow for this conflict, this disunity, the differences in culture, custom, and language. With in reason of course. It would be a place I think at least at first, were the original peoples of the earth can come to sort our laundry and then hopefully clean it up.

As spread out as we are even here in the U.S., we need a place to come together as one. The biggest initial problem though is access to computers and the internet. Many of our people world wide, including here in the U.S. are behind in this regard. And although we need not wait for everyone to have access, this will need to be addressed I think for true lasting effectiveness in the actual lives lived by our people.

The home on the net where we can come together as one, would have to have a specific purpose, specific goals and time lines to meet those goals, I think and real action happening in real lives to be a success. Not just a place to socialize. But a place effecting actual change. And I think too, our own global archive of our history and cultures.

It seems daunting when you stop and think about it. There are differences between us, some vast. But, I am an optimistic person. If you work with common threads you can weave a whole cloth. And there are many things we have in common.

You seem to have a lot to say about a Pan Africa. Why don't you start something utilizing the "social" power of the net, invite scholars and laymen from all regions in Africa and the diaspora and effect change?

Aint nothing but something to do,

and at the rate the EU is seeking to recolonize, after the neoliberal destabilizations that the Economic hitman, Jim Perkins speaks about that had gone on from all over the continent, and right here with Wall street in the White House seeking not only to return Jim Crow, and outsource the white collar jobs our youth are seeking after college but also the blue collar jobs folks depend on now.........uhm

we got no choice!!!

All due respect we have been the most dogged people in the histroy of the world with the most obvious reasons to unite but with the most excuses why we cannot

No one is talking about conformity and unity without conformity has been said so many times on this and every discussion board, it becomes kinda pendatic to

stress the point

Now there is no excuse

we left the plantations here with nothing but the rags on our backs and
brothers and sisters back home,
were left with no plumbing or eletricty as all of the colonizers ripped out and destroyed eevry aspect of infrastructure after they were evicted

so realy we can do anything and history has predicated the unlimited potential

and bust the move

during a time when one ut of every 10 white men in the United States was a proud out in the open card carrying member of the Knights of the Klu Klux Klan, during a time of virulent Jim Crow laws, and

colonization, brutal colonization all over Africa and the Carribbean

Garvey had us more united across the globe then;
wihout radio,
HDTV
cable
jet planes
computers
internet
mp3
youtube
twitter
facebook
ipads
ipods
or iphones

As for me starting something on my own

I do enough and have done enough right here in Brooklyn now its time for us as black folks to act like the Egyptians

and say "yes brother we can all work on this together"

instead of looking for what Miss J Edgar Hoover stated when he created COINTELPRO

a messiah cause that is what negros like to follow

a single leader rather then working unilateraly in a quorum

This website is a microcosm of the global Black community,
an there are folks here from all 50 states

So basicly the point is that if 10 out of 12000 are not interested in realy forming something like this then

well....................................

But if we could get 10 involved then all the work is not put on the back of one man
