My thoughts are that Bush's great great great grandchildren won't have to work as a result of the money he is making now! That people are suprised electing a former oil executive (who still has stocks & interest in oil companies) as president would result in anything other than record gas prices shows how naive and stupid the majority of Americans are!!

I heard that gas prices in some areas are as high as $6.00/gal today. Now we have to get it together and spend money in our neighborhoods with our own people because we wont be able to afford to drive to the suburban malls to make everbody else rich
    Peace

Sadly I live to far from my job to carpool...if these prices don't drop, I'll have to quit my job. As it is, I'm aggressively looking for something closer.

The main reason gas prices are so high is because we refuse to alter our lifestyles in any way. We refuse to carpool, use public transportation, or just plain ole stay home. The higher they raise the prices the more gas we buy . They can raise it to 10.00 a gallon and we would still buy it and drive as much as we always have. Statistics show that commuting (especially on holiday weekends) has dropped very little since the price of gas has risen. The only thing we do more is complain about it. They can deal with that as long as pay that 6.00 a gallon while you do it.

    That's my "BIG" opinion.
