I do, "The Ownerz" is one of the best rap albums I've heard in a while. Guru also made an album called bald head slick back in 2001 or 2002, and before that he did Jazzmatazz 2. I recommend both albums. He uses a different producer for each track on both albums. He's definately got an Eye for talent.

Gangstarr is my favorite group of all time. Primo is one of if not the best hip hop producer ever. Guru has a new cut with emcee solar (from france) and chino xl. Daily Operation, Hard to earn, jazzmantazz series, moment of truth, all great albums by gangstarr.

You're definately right about Primo. He's produced alot of rappers, Nas included. Gangstarr has been around for well over 10 years, even without the support of payola by big record companies, who "push" these mediocre rappers who like to talk about being gangters, then turn around and buy a bunch of platinum and diamond jewelry from Jews..

They must be doing something right. IMO they represent some of the purest form of hip hop.

    You bring back old memories.
I think I will go to ares.com to see if I can download an old song of his.

gangstarr was one of the dopest crews of their time in the early 90's to mid 90's....the collab they had with nice & smooth (dwyck) was a banner cut....i still rock that song now...guru unfortunately has run out of relevant things to say and his last album proves that fact....

    this jam is beyond comprehension.....

I disagree, I thought "The Ownerz" was a brilliant album. So was his solo project "Bald Head Slick". I don't see him running out of things to rhyme about, and he's one of the few rappers that have given other artist and producers the exposure by showcasing them on his albums. I think that takes alot of courage, that's Just my opinion though.
