    holla at the boy
i ain't been posting or replyin much
u know school full time, work full time
    been a motha

    anyway
    here's a throwback rhyme from like 2002
    my first colleections of poetry
but i still relish the phrase

    Bumming to a Buspass

This is just what I was feeling at the time
No papers, pens, or pencils but printed in my mind
It took a long a time to grind, snatching conversary
So many against me, but am I my own adversary?
Relentless, so malicious, is the world really viscous?
King, can we all get kisses? I flow for blessing of my wishes
Is this it? The solution, more elementary… the answer
Do habits turn to addiction, sickness to cancer?
Is it what it do, do what you do, what that do?
Or do I flip it do unto others as they do to you?
If I’m cut or you sliced, or is spliced?
On me like rice, this is the price

Paid dues at the regular while some was on clearance
    Intercepting game without pass interference
Is it all game, is it pain, is it a vulgar plot to get richer?
The tears on the keys, making songs cry like Jigga
Or am I crying in solipsism, game attracts like magnetism
Daily painting the prism, Sundays for strength and wisdom
A praise a shout a clap, a reverence to psalm
The spoke keeps spinning, the power in my palm
I don’t think they feeling me man, I’m so focused
I’m biting like West Nile, let my words spur like locusts
This only the description, my top of the head encryption
I watched inconsistent pay long enough, its time for pension

Back on the block for a verse, no time to rehearse
I’m sending shots for the hardknocks who had to disperse
I’m a passerbyer, happiness and peace is desire
I’m sorry I passed by ya, but I’m ducking darts of fire
Let me bring that back, I’m not capping or talking about guns
I’m talking about a walk on my sidewalk, where you ducking them gums
Sitting there posted, did it for years
Gossiping with peers, postponed responses due to my fears
Am I not flexible, or is it I can’t dance?
How can I come up if I ain’t taking a chance?
I’m sitting here spitting, with pictures of spokes
I’m not talking about rims, but the one who spoke
