It started in 2011 with an accident at the Fukushima power plant. Three years later in 2014, a slow-moving plume of radioactive matter reached the west coast of the United States. This plume is said to be massive. How do they clean up radioactive matter in the ocean? How do they know all the radioactivity is confined to the plume? You guys who live on the west coast might want to be careful about eating seafood for the next few thousand years. Catfish and other fish that live in rivers should be okay since rivers flow into oceans but ocean water does not flow into rivers.. Still, you might want to start asking questions.
