THE LAUGHTER I HEAR IS FILLING THE ROOM
WHERE I AM RIGHT NOW, IS A ROOM FILLED WITH GLOOM
YET IN THE MIDST OF MY PAIN AND DESPAIR
JOY CAN STILL BE FELT, FOR I'M SURROUNDED
BY OTHERS THAT DO CARE.

I'M HAVING SOME CONFUSION ....
WHAT PEACE? PEACE FOR ME IS AN ILLUSION
AN OASIS OF WHAT MY HOME USED TO BE
A VISION OF FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES I LONG TO SEE

CAN SOMEONE WAKE ME, FROM THIS DREAMY STATE I'M IN
MY LIFE HAS DRIFTED ... THERE IS NO MORE ME WITHIN'
AS I CONTINUE MY SEARCH FOR THE ME I ONCE KNEW
I MUST REMEMBER THAT I CAN NEVER FIND ME THROUGH YOU.

WE SEARCH FOR ANSWERS IN THE EYES OF FRIENDS
BUT WE NEVER ASK QUESTIONS CONCERNING WHERE THEY'VE BEEN
WELL I'M BACK TO MY OWNSELF, YOUR ISSUE WERE OUT OF HAND
I'LL NEVER LOSE SIGHT OF WHO I AM ... FORGETTING MYSELF
... FOR THE LOVE OF A MAN.

Sis Cherryblossom,
